[NCAH] Panel topic - migration & US broderlands

Hello to all,
    I'm working on migration of Chinese to Latin America and would like 
to present a paper on Chinese on the US/Mexican border.  Are there any 
others who would be interested in putting together a panel related to 
this theme?  I think it could be very broad and include more recent 
issues of border security and immigration.
