Subject: [NCAH] Charlotte Observer Article on NC's state run HBCUs

Given the struggles that all state schools in NC are experiencing these
days, I found this story in the /Charlotte Observe/r on state run HBCU's
in NC very interesting.  Similar points could be made about the private
HBCUs as well.  Since our annual meeting of NCAH is going to be hosted
by Elizabeth City State University, this article can give some insight
to what is happening there.
