[NCAH] [External] Fwd: Finding a Historian with Knowledge of Paper Mills in NC

I'm not sure about his knowledge of all of NC,but Dr. Tim Silver who just
retired from Appstate,  wrote about paper mills in  his environmental
history of Mt. Mitchell.
