[NCAH] Listserv

[Joel Reese]

Dear Sir or Madam:

I want to make a post seeking information to the listserv and I am not sure of the procedures. Here is basically what I wish to say:

We have two patrons that have recently passed away with large collections of music on albums. One has a large collection of classical music albums while the other has a large collection of albums of "Big Band" music. In both cases the families of the deceased would like to donate the albums to an institution that might maintain such a collection. Does anyone know of a university, museum, or other institution that specializes in collecting this type of music and might be interested in such a donation?

Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,

Joel Reese, Local History Librarian
